Server logs are kept for up to 12 months. Your cookie choice is stored in your browser for 12 months. Enquiries are deleted once resolved, unless the law requires longer retention.

Data may be processed on our behalf by hosting and server providers under a data processing agreement. We do not sell data or disclose it for marketing. Any transfer outside the EU/EEA relies on a European Commission adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.

You have the right to access, rectify or erase your data, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You may withdraw consent at any time. Send requests to the address above; we reply within one month.

You may lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority in your country of residence. In Finland this is the Office of the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi).
